Off-Scalp Application:

• In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part bleach powder with 1 to 2 parts of 10, 20, or 30 volume cream developer, depending on the desired level of lift.
• Stir until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
• Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair, ensuring full saturation.
• Process at room temperature for up to 50 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with tepid water, then shampoo and condition the hair. Proceed with toning or further processing if desired.

On-Scalp Application:

• In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part bleach powder with 1 to 2 parts of 10 or 20 volume cream developer.
• Stir until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy texture.
• Apply carefully to the root and scalp area, ensuring even distribution.
• Process at room temperature for up to 30 minutes, checking progress after every 5 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition. Follow up with additional hair treatments if needed.

Patch Test:

Before full application, conduct a patch test to check for sensitivity:

• Mix Tru Blu Bleach Powder with Moehair Developer in the recommended ratio (1:1 to 1:2 with 10-20 volume developer).
• Apply a small amount of the mixture to the inner arm.
• Leave on for 24 hours without washing.
• If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.
