Order changes and cancellations
Canceling your order
We ensure that your purchase is of the best quality and that necessary measures are taken for proper packaging. However, you can cancel the order within 15 hours of placing the order to get a full refund. Beyond 15 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Q.What can you do if your order is delayed?
Ans- In case of any delays, please email us at contact@moehair.com. We will be able to share the updated status of your order. We appreciate your patience in waiting for us to get back to you.
Q.How can you add more items to your existing order?
Ans- You will have to place another order as more products cannot be added to an existing order.
Q.Removal of items from your order
Ans- You cannot remove products from an existing order, though you can always follow our returns policy for unwanted products.
Q.Change in the delivery address
Ans- The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed to prevent any fraud & security issues.
Q.What is the shipping charge for each order delivery?
Ans- The shipping charge is $7.00 for orders below $70. There is no shipping charge for orders above $70.
Q.Are shipping charges applicable on international orders?
Ans- The shipping charges and customs duty vary depending on the country where the order is shipped. Customers must pay shipping charges and customs duty as applicable for international orders.
