Orders
This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
When you have ordered your products, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please keep this safe as it contains your order tracking number and details. Your order will be automatically processed and once the order has dispatched you will receive another email confirming dispatch and providing your tracking details. You can also log into your account to review your order status.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, JCB and Delta debit / credit and American Express cards. You can also pay by PayPal.
We do not accept cash, personal cheques, money orders or cash on delivery
Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders of $75 or more excluding gallons and over and flat-rate shipping of $9.00 on orders under $75 excluding gallons.
Online orders received Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. EST are generally processed and shipped on the same day, excluding holidays. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We offer Domestic FedEx ground for ground shipping. Please allow at least five to seven business days for your order to be delivered.
Please note that we currently accept orders shipped within United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to Federal shipping regulations; some products are eligible for ground shipping only and are not eligible for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
We do ship all over the world and shipping charges will apply. For international orders, feel free to give us a call if you are needing to place a bulk delivery. Please call and ask to speak with a global sales representative for international shipping related queries.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your online order for any reason, you may return any unopened and unused products for a full refund, minus shipping costs. All returns require a Return
Authorization Number (R.A. #). To receive an R.A. #, please email us at contact@moehair.com. Return Authorization requests must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order. Return Authorization requests received after 30 days may not be accepted. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. When submitting an item for return, please obtain an R.A. # as instructed above. Please write the R.A. # on your original packing slip and include the packing slip in the return package, retaining a copy for your records. Please also write the R.A. # on the outside of your return packaging. You are responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend shipping all return packages via UPS or another reliable carrier. If your shipment appears to be damaged in transit, please get in touch with us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement. For more information on our return policy, Email: info@moehair.com.
Products
Moehair does not test its products on animals. We also go to great lengths to ensure that at no point are our products subject to foreign policies that require animal testing. Although many of our products do meet a vegan standard, some of our products, including our keratin treatment, are not made of entirely vegan formulas.
