Orders
To make a purchase, simply browse our website, select the products you’d like to buy, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. It’s that easy!
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details and tracking number. Be sure to keep this email for reference. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched, providing the tracking information.
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, JCB, Delta Debit/Credit Cards, American Express, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.
Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more (excluding gallon-sized products). For orders under $50, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00. Please note that gallons and over are excluded from this offer.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday) will generally be processed and shipped the same day, except on holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.
Yes, we do! Shipping charges for International orders will apply. If you wish to place a bulk International order, feel free to contact our global sales team for assistance. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to Federal shipping regulations, and some products are not eligible for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened or unused products within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs). To initiate a refund, please reach out to us at contact@moehair.com and request a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #) as per our Return and Refund Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Return Authorization requests made after 30 days of purchase may not be accepted. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, make sure to request a return within the 30-day window to be eligible for a refund.
Products
Yes, Moehair products are cruelty-free. We do not test products on animals and ensure that none of our products are subject to foreign policies that require animal testing. However, while most of our products meet vegan standards, some (including our keratin treatment) are not entirely vegan.
Moehair is a US-based hair care brand. All our products are made, sourced, and formulated in the USA.
