RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We ensure that your purchase is of the best quality, though if you are not happy with our product, we will be happy to accept a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of your purchase.

- The product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory; we cannot provide a refund or exchange if there is no proof.
- Do attach photographs in case of any product quality issues.
Refunds
You can request a refund and are entitled to get a full refund in the following scenarios:
- Defective product delivered with leakage issues
- Wrong product shipped from our side
- Received product is past the expiration date
- On receiving an empty product bottle
In all cases, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Exchange
You can make an exchange request within 15 days of your purchase. To process the exchange, we expect the following:
- Clear photos showing you have received an unsatisfactory, defective, or wrong product
- Products should be unused and repackaged well for exchange shipping
- You will have to bear the shipping cost for the exchange product
