After applying on shampooed and damp hair, leave it for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water.

It is not a recommended product for everyday use. As the hair mask deeply nourishes and locks in moisture, the formulation is dense and heavy for intense restoration. Using it once a week is good enough.
